Role – QA Tester (Arabic / Wealth & Trading)
As the Arabic QA Tester, you will design, execute, and document test cases for wealth management and trading applications. Your responsibilities will include validating Arabic and English interfaces, testing order-management flows, digital onboarding, customer lifecycle journeys, and working closely with business analysts, developers, and product owners in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
Design and run test cases for digital wealth-management and trading systems (web/mobile).
Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and functional testing, especially for customer onboarding, trades, account management, and lifecycle events.
Validate Arabic-language interfaces for correctness, localization, and regional compliance.
Log defects, track bug resolution in tools like JIRA, and verify fixes.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, business analysts, and operations teams to ensure full test coverage.
Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives) and provide QA input.
Optionally, work on or support automation test scripts (e.g., Selenium, Postman) if needed.
Help maintain and improve testing standards, processes, and documentation.
Required Qualifications & Skills
5–8 years of QA / testing experience in financial systems, ideally in wealth-management, trading, or capital markets.
Proficiency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
Strong understanding of trading platforms, order management systems, and wealth workflows.
Experience in manual testing; automation skills (Selenium, REST API, Postman) are a plus.
Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall software development methodologies.
Good test-case writing, defect-reporting, analytical, and communication skills.
Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or test-management systems.
QA certification like ISTQB is advantageous.
Understanding of financial compliance, KYC, or digital banking context is preferred.

Average QA Tester salary in the UAE is about AED 8,064/month.
Given the required 5–8 years of experience and specialization in wealth management/trading, a competitive salary range is likely AED 8,000–13,000/month, depending on responsibilities, test scope, and benefits.
