Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
Experience: 3-8 years in catering, hospitality or food-service business development.

Salary Range: SAR 3,000 – SAR 5,500 per month.
Role – Catering Business Development Officer
You’ll play a key role in driving the catering business growth of ASMACS Contracting Est. in the Dammam region. Your focus will be on identifying new opportunities with corporate clients, events, institutions and hotels; presenting catering proposals; maintaining and growing existing client relationships; coordinating with operations and culinary teams; and meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies to promote catering and hospitality services.
Identify, approach and secure new business opportunities with corporate clients, event organizers, hotels and institutions.
Build & maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensure service excellence and repeat business.
Prepare and present customised proposals, quotations and contracts to clients.
Collaborate with operations and culinary teams to ensure service delivery meets client expectations.
Conduct market research to understand trends, pricing and competitor activities.
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions and networking events.
Achieve or exceed sales targets; provide regular business reports and forecasts to management.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, Marketing or similar field. (MBA or PG Diploma is a plus)
3-8 years’ experience in catering, hospitality or food-service business development with a strong track record in achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Good understanding of catering operations, menu planning and event coordination.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Valid driving licence preferred (for client visits).
Strong team player with proactive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
