Role – Area Manager
You will be responsible for managing operations, sales targets, staff performance, and customer experience for your area. This includes setting goals for branch managers, ensuring consistency in brand standards, optimizing resource allocation, performance metrics, and implementing strategies for growth and improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee several branches / locations in your assigned area; ensure smooth operations and consistent service standards.
Set sales targets, monitor performance, identify gaps, and take corrective actions.
Coach, mentor and develop branch / store managers & their teams; performance reviews and feedback.
Manage budgets, expenses, and ensure cost control while maximizing revenue.
Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, logistics for product availability, promotions, and regional campaigns.
Analyze regional data: sales trends, customer feedback, operational KPIs; generate regular reports for senior leadership.
Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and local regulations.
Required Qualifications & Skills
4-10 years experience in area or multi-branch management, ideally in retail, FMCG, or consumer services.
Strong leadership skills: ability to manage, motivate, and develop managers and staff.
Excellent analytical & problem‐solving skills; comfortable working with performance and financial data.
Good communication & interpersonal skills; proficiency in English; Arabic a plus.
Strong organizational, planning, and execution capabilities.
