Role – Sales Executive (Construction Chemicals)

You will be responsible for driving sales of construction chemical products such as waterproofing solutions, tile adhesives, sealants and grouts. You will engage with contractors, distributors, consultants, and clients in the Eastern Province to build product awareness, provide technical information, close deals, and meet revenue targets. Hands-on product knowledge and technical aptitude are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and acquire new customers (contractors, developers, retailers) for construction chemicals.

  • Present and demonstrate product technical features; support clients with selection and application advice.

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.

  • Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, terms, and ensure profitability.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor products/pricing, and feedback from field.

  • Coordinate with supply chain & distribution for timely delivery.

  • Meet or exceed monthly / quarterly sales targets.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • At least 4-9 years of proven sales experience in construction chemicals.

  • Technical knowledge of products: sealants, grouts, waterproofing, tile adhesives.

  • Understanding of the local Saudi market, especially the Eastern Province.

  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Fluent in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.

  • Ability to travel locally, meet clients on site.

Salary & Market Insight
