Role – Accounts & Admin Assistant
You will support the finance department with basic accounting tasks and also take on admin responsibilities. Expect tasks like helping with invoicing, record keeping, filing, basic reconciliations, data entry, assisting in office operations, and possibly some vendor or client communication.
Key Responsibilities
Process invoices, receipts, payments, and expense claims.
Enter financial transactions into accounting systems; assist with record-keeping.
Support accounts receivable / accounts payable tasks.
Reconcile small accounts, petty cash; identify discrepancies.
Assist with administrative tasks: filing, documentation, correspondence.
Maintain physical and digital financial/office records.
Coordinate with other departments for supply orders, office maintenance, or scheduling.
Assist during audits or financial period closing when needed.
Required Qualifications & Skills
1-4 years’ experience in accounting or administrative roles.
Basic accounting / bookkeeping knowledge.
Good proficiency with Excel and other Office tools; familiarity with any accounting software is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication skills in English; additional languages helpful.
Ability to multitask and prioritize work.
Salary & Market Insight
