Experience: 2-5 years in medical / pharma sales in GCC, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role

Role – Sales Supervisor (Medical / Pharma)
You’ll be responsible for leading and inspiring a team of sales representatives in medical stores. This involves overseeing daily sales activities, coaching & mentoring staff, ensuring product knowledge is up to date, maintaining excellent customer relations, and delivering on sales targets in your assigned area.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily operations of medical store sales team.
Mentor, coach, and train sales representatives; conduct performance reviews.
Drive the team to meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly / quarterly basis.
Ensure product knowledge, regulatory compliance, and medication safety standards are maintained.
Monitor stock levels; coordinate with supply chain to avoid stock-outs.
Handle customer escalations, feedback, ensure high service standards.
Prepare sales reports; analyse trends and identify opportunities for growth.
Collaborate with marketing or operations for promotions, campaigns, and store execution.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s in Pharmacy or related field.
3-5 years’ experience in pharma / medical product sales in Oman or GCC.
Minimum of 1 year in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
Strong communication, leadership and people-management skills.
Good understanding of healthcare / medical store regulations, compliance.
Ability to drive results, set targets, manage performance.
Salary & Market Insight
Sales Supervisor roles in Oman average OMR 558/month.
Given medical / pharma specialization and leadership element, a reasonable salary range is OMR 550-800/month depending on experience, performance, and additional allowances.
