Role – Business Development Manager (Virtual Office & Co-working)

You will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients for virtual office & co-working products, managing existing client relationships, designing sales strategies & outreach plans, overseeing sales team or partners, and ensuring targets are met. You’ll also coordinate service delivery and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities: lead generation, prospecting in SME / startups / remote work sectors.

  • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts & closing deals for virtual office & co-working packages.

  • Manage key accounts & partner relationships.

  • Develop & implement sales & marketing strategies to increase occupancy / utilization.

  • Oversee pricing, promotions, and product offerings tailored to market demand.

  • Strategic thinking, market analysis, and ability to adapt in competitive service sectors.

  • Experience managing or supporting a sales team or partners.

  • Good understanding of virtual office / co-working market, amenities, and customer expectations.
