ManpowerGroup Middle East is looking for a Contact Center Trainer (Saudi National) to join our Riyadh team. This is a hybrid, full-time role where you’ll be designing, delivering, and improving training programs to ensure our frontline staff meet high service standards.
What You’ll Do
Design and deliver onboarding and ongoing training for new & existing team members in customer support, sales, and back-office operations.
Conduct instructor-led training sessions (both virtual and in-person), ensuring engagement & comprehension.
Coordinate training schedules, materials, logistics, and stakeholder communications.
Measure training effectiveness via assessments, feedback, performance metrics; identify gaps & recommend improvements.
Ensure training content stays up-to-date, accurate, and aligned with product, operations, and quality standards.
Maintain & update documentation (FAQs, knowledge base) to support consistent learning.
What We’re Looking For
1-2 years experience as a trainer (ideally in contact center or similar)
Strong presentation & communication skills (English; Arabic is a plus)
Comfortable facilitating both virtual & classroom-style sessions.
Organized, detail-oriented, good at time management and coordination.
Familiarity with digital learning tools or LMS platforms a plus.
A “train-the-trainer” style mindset is advantageous (e.g. ability to simplify complex topics, adapt to different learning styles).
