Job Description:
As a Cashier at Mixing Experience, you will be responsible for processing sales transactions, receiving payments, and providing excellent customer service at the point of sale (POS). You’ll be a key part of ensuring smooth operations at the cash register, maintaining a professional and friendly environment for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist customers in a courteous and friendly manner.
Accurately record sales on the POS (Point of Sale) system.
Receive and verify payments (cash or electronic) and issue invoices/receipts.
Ensure the cash drawer is balanced and properly maintained at the start and end of your shift.
Handle customer complaints and inquiries professionally, referring them to management when necessary.
Maintain cleanliness and order in the cashier area.
Follow company policies regarding cash transactions and customer service protocols.
Assist with periodic inventory counts as directed by management.
Collaborate with team members to meet sales and service goals.
Preferred Candidate:
Professional Level: New Graduate
Strong customer service skills with attention to detail.
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
