Job Responsibilities:

• Greet guests at the door, provide information on the venue’s services and amenities, answer questions, and ensure a pleasant first impression.
• Set up the event space according to customer specifications, including tables, chairs, decorations, linens, audio/visual equipment etc.
• Ensure that all necessary items are available for the event (glasses, plates, silverware etc.)
• Provide food and beverages as requested by customers
• Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of supplies
• Clean up after events including removing garbage and folding/storing linens
• Assist in maintaining a safe environment for all guests by monitoring activities during events
• Maintain cleanliness of event space before, during and after each event
