Job Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against invoices and purchase orders.
• Store goods in designated areas within the warehouse in an organized manner.
• Pick, pack, and ship orders according to customer requirements.
• Maintain inventory records, including stock levels, items received, and items issued out of the warehouse.
• Process returns and handle damaged or defective goods appropriately.
• Keep warehouse clean and tidy at all times to ensure safe working environment for staff and visitors alike.
• Monitor stock levels regularly and reorder when necessary to ensure availability of products for customers’ orders.
• Supervise a small team of warehouse staff to maintain standards of productivity and accuracy in their work duties.
• Unload containers using forklifts or other manual handling equipment if required by the company policy or specific job role requirements.
• Follow safety protocols when operating machinery or handling hazardous materials in the warehouse.
