Job Roles

• To set up and fix Windows 10 Professional.
• Performing development tasks and technical support on the Integriti website and client websites.
• Computer software, hardware, systems, networks, printers, and scanners are all installed and configured.
• Providing all end users with cybersecurity awareness training.
• Improving application utilization and implementing end-user training on all Microsoft and business applications.
  monitoring and ensuring the safety of IT.
• Organizing and carrying out regularly scheduled maintenance upgrades.
• Keeping track of software license records.
  managing equipment, consumables, and other supply stock management.
• Collaborating with network partners to manage network traffic and resolve network issues.

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree.
• Candidates must have at least three years of experience are required.
• Candidates must have excellent customer service.
• Candidates must have excellent organizational and communication skills.
