Job Description

Technical Support Officer at ISDB Jeddah provide comprehensive support to the organization, ensuring efficient and effective operations across various Departments within IsDB. The role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities within the department, which may include technical support, administrative support, process coordination, and data management. By fulfilling this role, the incumbent plays a crucial part in contributing to the overall success of the organization by providing these supports. Coordinate with other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Aid in the execution of process enhancements and the optimization of administrative procedures.
  • Support departmental colleagues in various technical tasks as required.
  • Oversee document workflows, encompassing the generation, editing, and dissemination of reports, memos, and other business-related documents.
  • Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to bolster organizational objectives and endeavors.
  • Compile and assess data to produce reports and metrics associated with administrative processes and functions.
  • Deliver timely and precise technical support by promptly addressing user queries.
  • Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic work environment and rapidly adjust to evolving technologies.

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience alongside a Bachelor’s degree.
  • Preferred experience within the development sector or an international organization.
