Job Responsibilities:
- Take part in technical training sessions and seminars to learn the basics of software engineering, programming and web development technologies.
- Develop test cases and execute tests for unit, integration, system and acceptance tests on various platforms.
- Debug applications and software components using debugging tools and techniques.
- Assist in developing automated testing frameworks to enable efficient testing of applications under development.
- Assist in creating technical documentation such as user manuals, installation guides, release notes etc., as needed by the project team.
- Work closely with developers to understand the features being developed and assist in validating them through different test scenarios.
- Proactively review code for potential issues and suggest improvements for better performance or stability of the codebase.
- Monitor application performance in production environments and identify areas of improvement or optimization opportunities for greater efficiency at scale or reduced end-user response time latency etc.,
- Investigate application issues reported by customers or identified during testing efforts, analyze root cause of the issues and provide solutions to address them effectively as needed
