Job Overview

As a Supply Planner at Chalhoub Group, you will be instrumental in defining and optimizing supply plans to ensure that inventory levels are balanced and product availability is maintained. This role is pivotal in the luxury retail sector, where you will engage in capacity planning and collaborate closely with vendors to monitor and enhance key performance metrics. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply planning and replenishment strategies to optimize stock parameters and communicate outcomes to relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Demand Planners to analyze expected sales forecasts and validate optimal stock models to support sales objectives.
• Identify and alert the team to critical supply constraints, proposing effective remedial actions to mitigate risks.
• Establish and manage KPIs and SLAs with key suppliers to ensure alignment and performance tracking.
• Maintain accurate supply-related data to ensure the replenishment system is updated with reliable information.
• Work in partnership with Group Logistics to enhance transportation management, optimize the supply chain, and maintain an effective distribution network.
• Develop strategies and processes for managing inventory returns, transfers, and stock depletion, ensuring necessary adjustments are made in inventory planning.
• Monitor key planning KPIs, including in-stock availability, days of inventory, and on-time in-full metrics to assess performance and drive improvements.

Qualifications & Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in supply planning, preferably within the luxury beauty or FMCG sectors.
• Proficiency in supply planning tools, particularly Blue Yonder, and familiarity with SAP is advantageous.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively manage and optimize supply plans.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to engage with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in planning and execution processes.
