Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver high-quality training programs on modern Supply Chain and Logistics practices.
• Develop industry-focused courses that achieve measurable learning outcomes.
• Conduct engaging classroom, virtual, and corporate training sessions.
• Assess client requirements and provide expert mentoring to improve operational performance.
• Guide organizations in developing and maintaining effective supply chain procedures.
• Identify training needs, process gaps, and improvement opportunities for clients.
• Create learner-focused training materials, presentations, and assessments.
• Organize seminars, workshops, and webinars based on current industry trends and best practices.
• Collaborate with corporate clients and internal faculty to design customized training programs.
• Foster an interactive learning environment that encourages critical thinking and real-world problem-solving.

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of professional experience in Supply Chain and Logistics.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent qualification) in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience delivering corporate or professional training.
• Strong mentoring, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to conduct both in-person and online training sessions.
• Fluency in English, Arabic, or French is preferred.
