Role – Student Recruitment Officer

In this role, you’ll lead the end-to-end process of attracting and enrolling students. From organizing recruitment campaigns to advising students on courses, you’ll ensure every touchpoint reflects our brand values and helps students make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment campaigns and outreach strategies to meet enrolment targets.

• Respond to enquiries from prospective students & parents; guide them through program options, admission requirements, application process, fees etc.

• Organize and participate in school visits, education fairs, open days, webinars, and other recruitment events.

• Prepare presentations, marketing materials, and digital content to effectively showcase programs.

• Coordinate with Marketing, Admissions, and Academic departments to ensure consistency of information and branding.

• Track and analyze recruitment metrics; generate reports and suggest improvements.

• Support student onboarding and orientation activities.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Education, or related field.

• 2-5 years’ experience in student recruitment or admissions in a university or educational institution.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English & Arabic is advantageous.

• Excellent organizational, presentation, and event-planning skills.

• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

• Experience with CRM systems or student information platforms preferred.
