Job Responsibilities:

• Receive, unpack, and record incoming merchandise or material.
• Ensure proper storage of materials in the warehouse.
• Issue stock to production and other departments as needed.
• Monitor stock levels and order supplies when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of all materials in stock and all transactions made.
• Verify orders for accuracy, and inspect quality of goods received before acceptance into inventory.
• Ensure proper rotation of stock for freshness and quality control purposes.
• Assist customers with orders, inquiries, and complaints as needed.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, etc., when necessary for stocking or loading/unloading purposes
• Keep the warehouse clean and organized at all times by sweeping floors, wiping shelves, etc., as needed to prevent safety hazards or damage to goods stored in the facility
