Job Roles

• The development, execution, and assessment of the company’s social media strategy is the responsibility of this role, to enhance brand recognition, optimize marketing efforts, and drive sales growth.
• The incumbent is expected to develop and maintain a social media content plan and calendar, aligning it with the brand and campaign messaging across all marketing channels.
• They will also be in charge of communicating the plan’s details to the internal media team and providing them with the necessary guidance.
  Performance analysis and monitoring of social media activities before and after campaigns, through regular reporting and analysis, will also be a critical aspect of this role.

Eligibility Criteria

• The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in social media account management, with a clear demonstration of content creation and paid social media management (boosting) skills.
• The experience required is 1-2 years.
• Must have done bachelor’s.
• Excellent content creation and copywriting abilities are a must, specifically tailored to social media posts.
