Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate construction site activities.
• Ensure safety and compliance with building codes, regulations and standards.
• Create and manage subcontractor contracts and purchase orders.
• Monitor quality control of materials, supplies, equipment and personnel to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of project objectives.
• Prepare daily reports of activities on the construction site for review by superiors.
• Maintain accurate records of all costs associated with the project, including labor, materials, equipment rentals and subcontractor costs.
• Schedule periodic meetings with supervisors to discuss progress on the project, any issues that need to be resolved and any changes that need to be made to the original plan or timeline.
• Monitor progress on the project in order to meet completion deadlines while adhering to budgets set by owners or developers of the project.
• Liaise between contractors, owners/developers and other personnel involved in the project to ensure effective communication throughout its duration.
• Monitor environmental compliance regulations related to construction sites in order to protect workers from harm as well as the environment from pollution or other damage caused by construction activities
