Purpose of the Job

Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and accurate storage, handling, and distribution of goods. This position involves supervising warehouse staff, implementing safety and operational procedures, and optimizing inventory management processes.

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for maintaining a well-organized and safe work environment, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. Ultimately, this role aims to enhance productivity, minimize operational costs, and ensure timely delivery of products to meet customer demands.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate records of inventory and shipments
• Develop and optimize warehouse processes to enhance productivity and efficiency
• Manage scheduling and allocation of resources, including labor and equipment
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards
• Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure efficient workflow
• Supervise and train warehouse staff on operational procedures and safety protocols
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure accurate stock levels
• Coordinate the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods within the warehouse
• Implement and enforce safety standards to maintain a safe working environment
