Senior Project Manager – Careers in Saudi Arabia

We’re looking for a seasoned Senior Project Manager to take charge of major projects across Saudi Arabia. If you thrive on leadership, hands-on coordination, and delivering results under tight timelines, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

• Lead project lifecycle: planning, budgeting, execution, handover.

• Coordinate site teams, contractors, consultants and ensure quality & safety standards are met.

• Develop project schedules, monitor progress, and manage resources (material, manpower, equipment).

• Identify risks / issues, implement mitigation strategies, handle stakeholder communications.

• Handle procurement, contracts, client meetings, and reporting.

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree (Engineering / Architecture / Project Management).

• Strong track record (8-12 years) managing large-scale projects.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience in risk management, cost control, and scheduling tools.

• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing project demands.
