Role – Senior Marketing Associate
In this role, you will lead campaign planning & execution, content development & oversight, performance tracking & optimization, and work directly with creative, digital, sales, and product teams. You’ll help ensure that all marketing activities align with brand strategy, are measured properly, and deliver value.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, offline channels as applicable.
Oversee and/or produce content: social media posts, blog/case studies, email campaigns, promotional material.
Coordinate with creative teams / agencies for visuals, design, and production of marketing assets.
Monitor campaign metrics (reach, engagement, conversion, ROI), analyze results, and optimize performance.
Assist with marketing budget tracking and ensure campaign spend effectiveness.
Conduct market and competitor research to inform strategy, content, and messaging.
Support brand consistency: maintain guidelines, messaging, tone of voice across all touchpoints.
Work cross-functionally with sales, product, digital, operations to ensure alignment and successful campaign rollouts.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant marketing experience, ideally with exposure to content strategy, digital & social media campaigns.
Strong written & verbal communication skills; excellent content creation/editing ability.
Comfortable with analytics: tracking metrics, reporting, making data-driven recommendations.
Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, email marketing platforms etc.
Creativity, initiative, ability to manage multiple projects & meet deadlines.
Attention to detail & strong collaboration mindset.
