Overview

Alghanim Industries is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead business analysis activities for the Order Management System (OMS). The role focuses on optimizing omnichannel order processing, integrating enterprise systems, and delivering seamless customer and seller experiences across retail and marketplace operations.

Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Create BRDs, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with business teams, IT, product owners, architects, and vendors.
  • Support OMS integration with Fluent Commerce, SAP, Commercetools, Mirakl, FarEye, and Salesforce.
  • Enhance omnichannel features such as BOPIS, Ship-from-Store, Reserve Online, and Return Anywhere.
  • Participate in UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Monitor OMS KPIs and recommend process improvements.
  • Improve marketplace order routing, returns, cancellations, and SLA compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 8–10 years of professional experience, including at least 4 years with Order Management Systems.
  • Strong knowledge of requirements gathering, process mapping, and Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with Fluent Commerce (preferred) or similar OMS platforms such as Manhattan, Sterling, Increff, or Salesforce OMS.
  • Familiarity with Mirakl, SAP, Commercetools, Salesforce, WMS, and FarEye.
  • Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and MS Project.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Salary

Competitive salary package offered based on qualifications, technical expertise, and relevant experience range between 900 to 1500 KWD.
