Education: High School graduate minimum; Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Safety, or similar field preferred
Experience: 5-8 years or more in security management or supervisory role, ideally in the UAE or GCC region

Role – Security Manager
You will define, implement, and manage the security strategy for the organization. Oversee security personnel, systems, and protocols; lead incident handling, risk assessments, and safety compliance. Ensuring people and assets are protected, operations run smoothly, and that you are ready to handle emergencies, investigations, or breaches with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and enforce security policies, procedures, and protocols across premises.
Manage, train, and schedule security staff (guards, patrols, supervisors), ensuring high performance and discipline.
Oversee and ensure effectiveness of security systems: CCTV, access control, alarms, patrols.
Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability audits; identify threats and mitigation strategies.
Respond to security incidents, investigations, document breaches, coordinate with law enforcement and authorities when needed.
Manage emergency response planning and drills (fire, evacuation, etc.).
Prepare and maintain security reports, incident logs, staffing / shift rosters, compliance documentation.
Monitor security budget, expenditure, vendor contracts, and resource allocation.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety laws, licensing, and relevant industry standards.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience (5-8+ years) in security management or senior security supervisory roles.
Strong understanding of UAE security regulations, local licensing, and authority requirements.
Knowledge of security technologies: CCTV, access control, alarm systems.
Experience in risk assessment, incident investigation, emergency response.
Leadership skills: able to motivate, supervise, and manage a team.
Excellent communication skills (English; Arabic is a plus).
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple sites or responsibilities.
