Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor entrances, exits, lobbies or other areas to maintain order and prevent unauthorized access.
• Patrol assigned areas on foot or in a vehicle to observe for signs of crime or disruption.
• Respond quickly to alarms, emergencies or suspicious activities.
• Monitor closed-circuit television systems (CCTV) or other security systems.
• Secure premises by locking windows/doors; set alarms; patrol perimeter.
• Report any suspicious activities or persons on the property to the appropriate authorities.
• Maintain written logs of all security-related incidents/activities including patrols, responses to alarms/calls for service, etc.
• Investigate disturbances/incidents such as theft or vandalism of property; document findings in detailed incident reports.
