Jobs Roles

• Ensure that outgoing materials and goods are returned in a timely manner in accordance with the gate pass.
• Access control for people and vehicles
• Maintain the vehicle log book and record it.
• Create an Excel-based computerized report for each day’s activities pertaining to employee movement outside.
• To send a daily gate report to an Excel file with vendor records, daily movement of employees, visitors, and half-day timing for purchasing and vendor items for company receiving, and to sign and stamp the report.
• Verify that the incoming workers’ search method is correct.
• Receiving and delivering couriers (TCS, DHL, and Leopard)
• In the event of an emergency, dial the appropriate assistance line (K-electric, Sui Gas, Fire Brigade, Local Administration Bodies, etc.).
• Conducting three patrols outside the parking area, focusing on bike parking.
• Providing customer service and assistance.
• Investigating incidents and suspicious activity.
