Job Roles

• Control and uphold the calendar and schedule of the sales team.
• Prepare and coordinate sales proposals, reports, and presentations for fire and safety products.
• Provide follow-up support for fire and safety products and respond to customer inquiries.
• Accurately and promptly process sales orders and invoices for fire and safety products.

Eligibility Criteria

• Degree in Fire and Safety Engineering or a related field with a bachelor’s degree
• 2 or more years of experience working in the fire and safety industry in an administrative or sales support capacity.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in addition to excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• Valid driving permit for the UAE.
• Ability to work on one’s own and with others.
