What You Will Do

Store Standards

• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized store environment at all times

Customer Experience

• Create a strong first impression through an energetic attitude and adherence to dress code
• Greet every customer warmly and sincerely upon entering the store
• Share current, relevant product information to support informed purchase decisions
• Thank customers sincerely as they leave and invite them to return

Service Quality

• Deliver attentive service in the fitting rooms and follow up with customers promptly
• Maintain cash wrap cleanliness and look for opportunities to add on to each sale

Administrative Duties

• Provide efficient, accurate service at the cash wrap
• Offer gift cards and capture customer information in the database

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience, ideally within fashion or brand-focused retail
• Solid understanding of the fashion market, brand positioning, and current trends
• Awareness of the broader retail landscape, including economic factors and competitor activity
• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods (minimum 8 hours) and perform light-to-moderate lifting

Salary

Average salary for a Retail Sales Assistant in Bahrain: BHD 400 – 850 per month, depending on experience and employer.
