Job Roles

• Ensure that both occupied and unoccupied guest rooms are cleaned and maintained to the same high standard as the supervisory colleagues in the
• The housekeeping department demonstrated this during the initial training.
• Hand over all soiled towels and linens to the housekeepers or dispose of them in the linen chute.
• Make use of the recommended cleaners to thoroughly clean the guest bathrooms, including the walls, bathtub, shower, and water closet.
• Dry all areas, fixtures, and surfaces following cleaning.
  In occupied guest rooms, arrange all toiletries in a straight line on a piece of cloth.
• Completely restock all comforts and textiles.
• Make your bed efficiently so that it meets the standard for appearance, as shown.

Eligibility Criteria

• Must have some cleaning experience.
• Must have some know-how of basic English language.
• Must have strong customer service skills.
