Position Overview
We’re hiring a Remote Data Entry Clerk to help ensure our internal systems and databases are kept accurate and up to date. If you’re someone who types quickly, notices small details, and enjoys working independently, this is the role for you.
You’ll play a key part in keeping our records organized and reliable, which is essential for smooth operations across the company.
What You’ll Do
Input data from various sources into databases with high accuracy and speed
Check for inconsistencies or errors and correct them where needed
Compare new entries with original source documents to ensure accuracy
Make updates to existing records as needed
Retrieve data when requested and ensure proper backups are performed regularly
Keep digital files and documentation organized for easy access
Work with team members to resolve any data discrepancies
Maintain strict confidentiality with sensitive or private information
What We’re Looking For
Prior experience in a data entry or similar administrative role
Fast and accurate typing skills
High attention to detail and a strong focus on precision
Comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
High school diploma or equivalent required
Extra training in data management or related areas is a plus
