If you excel at networking, meeting sales targets, and guiding clients through property investments, this role could be a great match.
What You’ll Do
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and channel partners.
Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets set by management.
Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client meetings to close deals.
Manage end-to-end sales process — from lead generation to deal closure.
Provide personalized advice on investment opportunities in Manam projects.
Work closely with marketing to generate quality leads and improve conversion rates.
Keep up-to-date with real estate market trends, competitors, and regulatory changes in Dubai.
What We’re Looking For
At least 1 year of experience in real estate sales with a developer in Dubai.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets in the UAE real estate market.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Valid UAE driving license (mandatory); own car preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Fluency in English; Arabic or another language is a plus.
