Quality Control Manager at Al Kifah Tabouk make Concrete mix designs for high concrete specifications and verifying its performance. Having solid experience and extensive knowledge of concrete raw materials and respective test standards. Implementing Quality plan /ITP and making sure of proper archiving and controlling test reports and data.

Responsibilities

– Preparing the prequalification documents, material certifications and submittals for projects and commercial works.
– Supervising and overseeing all daily QC operations and making sure that all Lab/Filed/Batch plant Quality activities are being done on a timely basis.
– Ensure through plant sampling of aggregates, sand cement and admixture materials that they meet established standards.
– Before loading the first truck, dispatch QC staff to plants and supervise all QC operations throughout the day.

– Troubleshooting Concrete issues in the field with Operation manager, sales and QC Field technician and conducting problem resolution with customers upon approval from Technical Division head.
– Provide technical support to the sales team.
– Making cost optimization for concrete mixes.
– Train technicians that have substandard performance and terminate technicians that are unable to develop their performance.
– Ensure proper daily/weekly/monthly reports submission to the Technical Division Head.
– Work to meet the high level of KPIs that are placed by the Technical Division head.
– Attend pre-project conferences
