• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or a related field

• Experience: ~3-6 years’ experience in QA/QC roles (construction / civil / MEP)

Role – QA/QC Engineer

You will ensure that project works conform to quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements. You’ll carry out inspections, material approvals, review designs, liaise with contractors and consulting engineers, maintain quality records, and help mitigate quality risks.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect materials, workmanship, and site installations to ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and quality standards.

• Review shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and technical documents for quality assurance.

• Perform regular quality audits, inspections, and non-conformance reporting; follow up corrective actions.

• Coordinate with site team, contractors, consulting engineers to resolve quality issues.

• Maintain proper documentation: quality plans, inspection reports, ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans), NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports).

• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and international quality norms.

• Assist in developing and updating QA/QC procedures, checklists, and templates.

• Monitor quality metrics and produce reports for project management.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical) or related discipline.

• 3-6 years working experience in QA/QC in construction / engineering projects in UAE or similar markets.

• Good understanding of quality systems, inspection processes, methods, standards (ISO / local codes).

• Strong communication and documentation skills. Able to read drawings, interpret specs.

• Attention to detail, good analytical mindset, ability to work proactively to avoid mistakes.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects, inspect on-site, collaborate with different stakeholders.
