Are you a driven Project Manager with hands-on experience in mid-to-high rise residential construction? RTC-1 Employment Services invites male professionals to join a fast-growing real estate company specializing in ambitious residential developments. Based in Dubai with competitive compensation and strong growth prospects.

• Oversee all phases of mid-to-high rise residential projects: planning, design, site supervision, quality assurance, and ensure timely completion within budget. Prepare work schedules, cost estimates, financial forecasts, risk assessments, and maintain site reports and project documentation.

• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and workforce. Provide technical guidance and negotiate contracts to deliver optimal results.

• Lead teams, delegate tasks, conduct meetings and training sessions to ensure smooth project execution.

What We’re Looking For – Qualifications & Skills

• Male, aged 30-40 years. Jordanian or Turkish nationality.

• Bachelor’s in Engineering, Construction or related discipline. Preferably with UAE experience.

• At least 3 years of proven experience managing mid- to high-rise residential projects (including layout & floor planning, design management, pre-construction through to execution).

• Strong leadership skills, excellent organization, critical thinking, ability to work independently. Including site management, procurement, supplier coordination, quality control, labor supervision, and familiarity with permit/authority approval processes.
