• Using a motorcycle or another mode of transportation, delivery riders are in charge of transporting packages, food, or goods from one location to another.
• Their primary responsibility is to ensure that items are delivered to the intended recipient promptly and accurately.
• They may also be required to maintain the delivery vehicle, communicate with customers, and monitor delivery progress.
• Additionally, picking up items for delivery and making sure they are properly packaged and labelled may be the responsibility of some delivery riders.
