• The duties of a customer service representative include documenting call information, processing orders, handling billing and payment inquiries, providing information about products and services, resolving complaints and issues, and handling customer inquiries.
• They also follow up on customer calls as necessary and escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher management.
• They are also in charge of investigating and resolving complaints from customers as well as spotting patterns in calls from customers and notifying management of these trends.
• They direct call the right people and inform customers about their products and services.
