Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to Operations and Maintenance teams
• Troubleshoot process systems and equipment issues
• Develop engineering design packages for new and upgraded facilities
• Review engineering drawings, PFDs, and P&IDs
• Participate in commissioning, testing, and inspection activities
• Maintain engineering documentation and technical drawings
• Analyze system performance and recommend improvements
• Work on energy optimization and cost-effective solutions
• Ensure compliance with HSE and industry standards
• Conduct feasibility and technical studies for new projects
• Support failure analysis and provide engineering recommendations
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams
• Contribute to capital project evaluations and technical decisions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering (Master’s preferred)
• 15+ years of experience in industrial/process operations
• Minimum 10 years in oil, gas, or process facilities
• Experience with shale gas or modular skid systems preferred
• Knowledge of API and ASME standards
• Experience with PFDs, P&IDs, HYSYS, and process simulation tools
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Experience in equipment failure analysis and corrosion issues
• Ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams
• Professional Engineer (PE) or C.Eng. preferred but not required
