Job Roles

• Support the heads of sections responsible for the primary market segments – Corporate, Leisure, Ethnic, and Inclusive Tours – in creating tariffs, incentive agreements, business user agreements, and other related materials as needed by travel agencies or commercial accounts.
• Manage all activities related to collecting and maintaining competitor pricing and tariff information and any tactical plans.
• Provide monthly reports on competitor activity, including market share analysis and future trends.
• Recommend strategies, such as seasonality, peak season surcharges, blackouts, and special events, to achieve revenue targets and optimize yields on a route-by-route basis.
• Ensure that all EK reservation, ticketing, and airport supervision staff are updated on pricing/tariff changes and any marketing or sales initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria

• Candidate must have more than 5 years of experience in the relevant field.
• Must have at least 12 years of schooling.
• In-depth understanding of Fare construction, Ticketing, Refunds, Pro rates, and the main GDSs.
• Experience in Tariffs and Ticketing, with at least 2 years at a supervisory level.
• Strong computer skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability t  manage staff.
• Ability to analyze data and prepare analytical reports.
