Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver engaging and creative lessons to students in accordance with curriculum standards.
• Develop lesson plans that reflect an understanding of the primary curriculum objectives, appropriate instructional strategies and student learning styles.
• Monitor student progress and use a variety of assessment methods to assess student achievement.
• Create a safe, positive and encouraging learning environment in which students are actively engaged in the learning process.
• Collaborate with other teachers, administrators and support staff to ensure the success of all students.
