Role – Operations Registrar (Arabic Speaker)

You will manage and oversee registration operations, maintain accurate records, coordinate internal and external stakeholders, ensure policies and procedures are followed, and support the wider operations team to deliver efficient service. Your fluency in Arabic will be essential for communication, documentation, and stakeholder liaison.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle registration operations: processing registration forms/documents, verifying information, ensuring accuracy.

  • Maintain and update registration databases, records, and files; ensure data integrity and confidentiality.

  • Liaise with internal teams (legal / compliance / customer service) and external stakeholders (authorities, vendors).

  • Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements and internal policies related to registration operations.

  • Respond to enquiries in Arabic and English, provide clear information, resolve issues.

  • Assist in process improvement: suggest improvements to workflows, record-keeping, response times.

  • Prepare regular reports on registration metrics: volumes, errors, turnaround times, issues.

  • Support administrative tasks: scheduling, documentation, filing, audits, etc., as needed.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Operations Management, Office Administration, or similar.

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience (registration operations, office admin, stakeholder coordination).

  • Fluent in Arabic (verbal & written); strong English skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Good communication & interpersonal skills; ability to work with different teams and with external parties.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with record / database management systems.

  • Understanding of regulatory / compliance frameworks is a plus.
