Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the nightclub, including staff scheduling, bar and kitchen operations, customer service, and entertainment programming.
• Develop and implement marketing and promotional campaigns to maximize customer attendance.
• Ensure compliance with all local regulations, health and safety standards, and liquor laws.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors, entertainers, and other outside personnel as needed.
• Monitor trends in the nightclub industry to stay competitive in the marketplace.
• Keep accurate financial records of all sales, expenses, and payroll information; review monthly reports to analyze profits/losses and make adjustments as needed to maximize profits.
