Job Duties

• As a Care Assistant, your responsibilities will include assisting residents with personal care needs such as getting up in the morning, bathing, dressing, and getting into bed at night.
• You will also provide support with household and domestic tasks, such as laundry, shopping, cleaning, and financial transactions.
• Additionally, you will prepare meals, drinks, and snacks as needed,
• Encourage and enable residents to follow their care plans, and keep care managers and key agencies informed of residents’ well-being and progress.

Eligibility Criteria

• This job doesn’t require any experience.
• You must have good written and verbal communication skills in English,
• A commitment to further training,
• Ability to take initiative, and remain calm under pressure.
• A willingness to learn is also essential.
