Job Roles

• A typical day includes ensuring that the assigned territory achieves agreed-upon targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), developing and implementing a field sales plan, managing distributors and customers effectively,
• Executing Channel Category plans at the Point of Purchase/Outlets according to prioritization, providing timely and quality information, and adhering to all Company policies and principles.

Eligibility Criteria

• The ideal candidate for this position should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Sales/Marketing or a business-related field, have 1-2 years of experience in sales, and have a demonstrated ability to successfully achieve KPIs.
• Additionally, a capacity to understand all sales functional areas, such as Channel & Category Sales Development (CCSD), Customer relationship, and Distribution handling, is essential for success.
