Role – Marketing Specialist (Travel & Tourism)
You will plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns that promote travel experiences, packages, and destinations. From digital marketing (social media, email, content) to offline promotions (events, partnerships, brochures), you’ll help build our brand, engage customers, and drive bookings or inquiries. Your work will involve creative content, performance tracking, and collaboration with travel partners.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute marketing campaigns (digital and offline) to promote travel packages, destinations, experiences.
Create content: social media posts, blogs, email newsletters, visuals, video clips that inspire travel.
Manage social media presence: schedule, engage with audience, analyze performance, optimize content.
Collaborate with travel partners, hotels, tour operators, influencers, and other stakeholders to build partnerships and co-promotions.
Conduct market and competitor research to understand trends, traveler preferences, and help tailor offerings.
Assist in managing marketing budgets and tracking ROI, conversions, cost per lead, etc.
Organize or support events, travel fairs, trade shows, or promotions to drive visibility.
Monitor metrics: website traffic, social growth, bookings/inquiries, and use insights to refine strategy.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Travel & Tourism, Hospitality or related field.
2-4 years of relevant experience, ideally in travel / tourism / hospitality or a related sector.
Strong digital marketing skills: social media, content creation, email marketing, community management.
Excellent written & verbal communication in English; additional languages (Arabic, etc.) a plus.
Creativity, eye for design or storytelling; ability to produce engaging travel content.
Analytical mindset: able to work with metrics, track performance, optimize campaigns.
Good organizational skills; able to manage projects, collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
