Job Duties

• Maintenance operatives are responsible for the repair and upkeep of a variety of equipment, facilities, and systems.
• Typical duties of maintenance operatives include repairing and installing machines and equipment, replacing worn or broken parts, conducting routine maintenance checks, providing technical advice and troubleshooting, and responding to repair requests from customers.
• They may also be responsible for a range of administrative tasks such as ordering supplies, completing paperwork, and keeping records of repair and maintenance activities.
• Maintenance operatives may specialize in areas such as electrical, plumbing, heating and cooling systems, or may possess a broad range of skills to cover all maintenance requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

• Work together: A happy team makes for happy residents and a happy home.
• The successful candidate must have basic knowledge of health and safety and the ability to identify and/or carry out minor repairs, such as basic plumbing skills and DIY experience.
• Additionally, knowledge of Legionnaires’ disease is desirable.
• Access to your vehicle and a valid driver’s license is essential.
• Must be authorized to work in the UK.
