Logistics & SCM Operations Planner (1 Position)
Location: Remote | Full-Time | Flexible Hours | Reports to Logistics Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Logistics Planning & Design: Define and design operational logistics strategies at Rakuten distribution centers.
Operational Requirements: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document logistics requirements.
Execution & Improvement: Lead the execution of new logistics services, propose improvements, and enhance operational efficiencies.
Process Optimization: Continuously monitor, evaluate, and suggest improvements for current logistics processes.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as IT, procurement, and customer service to ensure smooth integration of new logistics solutions.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize logistics data to produce reports, track performance, and implement corrective actions.
Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that logistics improvements directly contribute to enhanced customer experience and satisfaction.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
Proven experience in logistics planning, supply chain management, or operations in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of logistics software tools and supply chain management systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret logistics data and translate it into actionable insights.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and a results-driven approach.
