Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, Business Administration or related field preferred; secretarial or administrative qualifications a plus
Experience: 2-5 years as a legal secretary or legal administrative support in a law firm or legal department

Role – Legal Secretary
As a Legal Secretary, you will be responsible for providing high-quality secretarial support to legal professionals. Your tasks will include organizing legal documents, assisting with filings, managing calendars and meetings, handling correspondence, supporting billing and invoicing, and ensuring legal paperwork is accurate and completed on time.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, proofread, format, and edit legal documents, contracts, correspondence, pleadings, and reports.
Manage lawyers’ schedules: arrange meetings, court dates, hearings, travel, and client meetings.
Handle filing, scanning, copying, archiving of legal documents; maintain document management systems.
Assist in preparation and submission of court documents, legal filings, service of process.
Support billing & invoicing processes: gather information for billing, prepare invoice drafts, follow up on timeheets or other billable entries.
Liaise with clients, internal teams & external stakeholders for document or information exchange.
Maintain confidentiality of legal matters and maintain secure and organized records.
Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks: answering phones, managing correspondence, data entry.
Required Qualifications & Skills
2-5 years’ experience in legal secretarial / legal administrative role.
Strong command of English; Arabic fluency is a plus.
Excellent writing, formatting, and document editing skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with document management tools/a legal case-management system preferred.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to maintain deadlines.
Good communication & interpersonal skills; professional demeanor.
Discretion, integrity, ability to handle confidential information.
