Job Overview

Location: UAE (Dubai / Abu Dhabi or applicable emirate)

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Department: Legal / Compliance

Reports To: Head of Legal / General Counsel / Senior Leadership

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law; UAE Bar qualification or equivalent; advanced legal specialization preferred

Experience: 5+ years of legal advisory work, including experience in corporate contracts, regulatory compliance, dispute resolution in UAE or GCC

Role – Legal Advisor

You will provide legal support and counsel across business operations. Your responsibilities will include drafting and reviewing contracts, ensuring compliance with statutes & regulations, advising leadership on legal risk, supporting dispute resolution, and keeping the company’s legal affairs robust and well-managed.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, vendor contracts, and service agreements.

• Provide legal advice on regulatory, corporate governance and compliance matters.

• Monitor changes in laws & regulations; advise how they impact the business.

• Support internal teams on legal issues relating to operations, HR, procurement, IP, and risk.

• Assist with dispute resolution, and liaise with external counsel when required.

• Prepare legal opinions and summaries for senior-management.

• Ensure legal records and documentation are up to date and securely maintained.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Law degree (LLB or equivalent); UAE legal license or equivalent preferred.

• 5+ years’ experience in legal advisory / in-house counsel / law firm; experience in General Corporate / Commercial Law.

• Solid knowledge of UAE laws (Commercial, Contract, Labour, Regulatory).

• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.

• Good communication skills; ability to explain legal matters clearly to non-legal stakeholders.

• Excellent attention to detail, integrity, and discretion.
