Role – Lead Generation Executive (B2B)

In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business prospects by researching potential clients, initiating contact, nurturing leads, and qualifying them for the downstream sales process. Your work will directly impact the sales pipeline and play a crucial role in revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential B2B clients, decision makers, and target companies.

  • Initiate outreach via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other communication channels to engage prospects.

  • Qualify leads based on established criteria (e.g. need, budget, timeline) and coordinate meetings or demos for the sales team.

  • Maintain and update CRM system with accurate lead data, activities, status, and follow-ups.

  • Work closely with marketing to align messaging, campaigns, and content that supports lead generation.

  • Monitor performance metrics (number of leads generated, conversion rate, outreach effectiveness) and provide regular reports.

  • Refine outreach strategies, messaging, and targeting based on results and feedback.

  • Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry changes to discover new lead sources.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 2-4 years of experience in B2B lead generation, inside sales, business development or similar functions.

  • Strong communication skills—written and verbal—with ability to craft outreach messages that resonate.

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho etc.) and lead-generation tools / outreach platforms.

  • Good research, organization, and time management skills.

  • Self-motivated, resilient, and disciplined; ability to follow up persistently.

  • Analytical mindset: ability to monitor and interpret metrics, adjust approach as needed.

  • English fluency; additional languages are a plus depending on the market.
